On Monday, 17 July 2023, from 6 to 7.30 pm, the ‘Forum Nachhaltigkeit’ of the Institute of Political Science and Sociology will host a panel discussion titled ‘Sustainability in Bavaria - Bavarian Parliamentary Candidates Discuss Solutions’.

The event will be held in German. Representatives of the democratic parties will discuss with scientists, students and interested members of the public their approaches to the pressing sustainability issues of our time. We are particularly interested in the parties' positions on selected sustainability goals and their concrete proposals for measures to achieve these goals at the state level.
The event is part of the lecture series ‘Transformative sustainability knowledge in the area of tension between normativity and normality’ of the Forum Nachhaltigkeit and is sponsored by the Human Dynamics Centre of JMU. Credits can be earned through JMU’s GSiK program.
