26.06.2018The Facebook scandal, Google, Amazon – Big Data and algorithms are hotly debated. The International IPS Winter School asks from a sociological point of view: What are algorithms actually doing? How do they shape the social? How can Big Data be perceived sociologically?
Join us at the University of Würzburg's Institute of Political Science and Sociology to engage both in theoretical discussions and in discussions with experts from practice.
The International IPS Winter School "The Power of Algorithms? A Sociological Perspective" will take place from February 7th to 15th, 2019, in Würzburg, Germany.
